We formulate an action plan that our employees are able to take balance of work and childcare and to exert fully their abilities as follows:

1. Plan period

April 1, 2016 – March 31, 2018 (for two years)

2. Contents

【TARGET】More than one male employee will take a childcare leave during the above period.
Measure
Announce the contents of law and plan to eligible employees through in-house network
Conduct a hearing for eligible employees
Carry out a lecture targeting the employees who wish to acquire a childcare leave

Promotion measure for female employees

Action target

With an aim to support a greater success of female employee and increase the number of them, we create the action plan as follows:

【TARGET】Employ more than three female sales staff in sales position
Measure
Review the contents of company’s brochure and website
Publicize how our female employees are working actively and the fulfilling working environment for female employee
