History

January, 2001	GREEN TEC HANBAI CO., LTD. founded in Otsu, Shiga. The capital 10 million yen. Started sales of residential photovoltaic power generation systems from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.
June, 2001	Changed corporate name to GREEN TEC CO., LTD.
August, 2005	Headquarters relocated to Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto.
April, 2006	The capital increased to 30 million yen.
June, 2006	Tokyo Office established in Minato-ku, Tokyo.
December, 2006	Overseas Business Division established.
March, 2007	Attained position as Japan’s top domestic dealer of residential photovoltaic power generation systems from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.
July, 2008	GREEN TEC ENERGY CO., LTD. founded in Seoul, Korea.
September, 2008	Established GREEN TEC ENERGY CO., LTD.’s 300kW solar power plant in Jeong Up-si, Korea.
June, 2009	Support Center (currently Shiga Support Center) established in Otsu, Shiga.
December, 2009	Tokyo Sales Office expanded, renamed Tokyo Branch.
January, 2010	Started sales of photovoltaic power generation systems from Canadian Solar Inc (Canada).
February, 2010	Osaka Branch established in Yodogawa-ku, Osaka.
April, 2010	Started sales of photovoltaic power generation systems from TOSHIBA CORPORATION.
July, 2010	GREEN TEC CO., LTD. acquires 100% ownership of GREEN TEC ENERGY CO., LTD.
December, 2010	Attained position as Japan’s top domestic dealer of residential photovoltaic power generation systems from Canadian Solar Inc (Canada).
March, 2011	Fukuoka Sales Office established in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka.
June, 2011	Sendai Sales Office established in Aoba-ku, Sendai.
September, 2011	Nagoya Sales Office established in Naka-ku, Nagoya.
October, 2011	Shanghai Office established in Shanghai, China.
December, 2011	GREEN TEC CO., LTD. announced new brand “XSOL”.
March, 2012	Okayama Sales Office established in Kita-ku, Okayama.
April, 2012	Sapporo Sales Office established in Chuo-ku, Sapporo.
June, 2012	Started sales of power conditioner systems from KACO new energy GmbH (Germany).
February, 2013	Started sales of photovoltaic power generation systems from SunPower Corporation (United States).
March, 2013	Adopted a dual headquarters system in Tokyo and Kyoto after establishing the Tokyo Headquarters.
June, 2013	Changed corporate name to XSOL CO., LTD. Sendai Support Center established in Aoba-ku, Sendai.
September, 2013	Okinawa Local Office established in Naha, Okinawa.
November, 2013	The capital increased to 100 million yen.
December, 2013	Started sales of photovoltaic power generation systems from Yingli Green Energy Holding Co., Ltd (China).
July, 2014	Started sales of photovoltaic power generation systems from First Solar, Inc (United States). Established a first for the corporation, a 1.8MW self-owned solar power plant in Fukuchiyama, Kyoto.
June, 2015	Established a 1.79MW self-owned solar power plant in Yachimata, Chiba.
June, 2016	Shiga Support Center (currently Osaka Support Center) relocated to Osaka-shi, Osaka.
